This business is something I formed when I lucked into being able to work on neuroscience related software development. It fit well within a lot of my interests at the time. I had intentions to build it up during that time and I didn’t.

Trying to market it and get new clients has been difficult because I didn’t start with the architecture to do so before getting really loyal and good paying clients. Trying to do so now that these opportunities are drying up as businesses structures change has had me more panicked and reacting than actually being able to get anything done on any end.

I have the opportunity to set this aside for a sec. I don’t have a lot, but I can. So what I’m going to do is switch over to a more creator mode where I can do some research to build up the infrastructure I need. I will blog about that process and focus on promoting myself rather than this business, which I need to re-think.

I am still available for hire as a freelance developer and Linux consultant. So the contact line is open, but I’m not going to be trying to promote this right now.
